Refund and Exchange Policy

Items can be refunded and exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging.
Items must has proof of purchase.
Items that are defective or damage will be replaced at our expense.
Items that are being refunded require the purchaser to pay for return shipping.
Items that are being exchanged for a different size or color require the purchaser to pay for return and new order shipping.
Items on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to be returned.

To return of exchange items, use the contact us page at the bottom of the website to submit your request. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number, the address to ship your items, and a shipping label if applicable. Please use a trackable shipping service when returning your items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact us page at the bottom of the website.
